 AT&amp;amp;T Consumer Marketing is seeking a roll-up-your sleeves technical project and requirements manager who will be responsible for managing the daily activities of wireline and wireless telecommunications data integration projects.  He or she will interact heavily with the direct marketing business organization and the IT Data Warehouse organization to analyze and understand DM business needs and to translate those needs into functional processes and system and data requirements.  This person will also be responsible for understanding the flow of data through the AT&amp;amp;T source systems, Enterprise Data Warehouse and how the data can be leveraged to support Direct Marketing activities.   
RESPONSIBILITIES:
&#x2022; Lead all elements of the project lifecycle for multiple concurrent projects in partnership with project business owners and the IT data warehouse organization. Apply project methodology (i.e. key practices in the phases of the project: scoping, planning, designing, build, deploy, close) using critical thinking and leadership skills
&#x2022; Provide ongoing project management expertise and guidance to the project and engineering teams
&#x2022; Provide subject matter expertise on telecommunications wireline data
&#x2022; Facilitate requirements gathering and design sessions and document business and data requirements
 &#x2022; Communicate the appropriate level of information (status, risks, outcomes, etc.) up to management as well as across project stakeholders and team members ensuring critical visibility for the right audience &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt; Position Qualifications 

 REQUIREMENTS:
&#x2022; 5+ years experience working in data warehouse environment;  including 3 - 5 years of project management experience
&#x2022; 3 &#x2013; 5 years experience working with telecommunications (wireline) data
&#x2022; Proven track record of surpassing objectives and delivering exceptional results, despite challenges
&#x2022; A solid understanding of the entire lifecycle of data warehouse projects
&#x2022; Knowledge of project management principles and processes
&#x2022; Strong team building and facilitation skills, including leading meetings, presentation skills, problem resolution/mediation
&#x2022; Professional certification in requirement gathering or project management a plus
&#x2022; Bachelor&#x2019;s degree in Information Systems; MBA preferred
